I've been going to TLM for 5 months now and didn't consider buying a missal because they're so expensive. But now that I'm quite familiar with the mass order, I want to go deeper and decided to buy one, considering that it's an investment for life. I live in Germany but I can't find any nice German missals and those in the chapel have this weird old font which is hard to read and I want one on my own so I can get familiar with it at home. I use English daily so it should be no problem. This video was a bit confusing but I'm sure I'll get the hang out of it when I have a missal at hand and watch it again! Thank you a lot!

I think this Missal is different than the one I bought today at Salvation Army. Mine is from the 70s. The calendar only goes to the 90s. But this is a great step by step video.

I just ordered one as I want to get used to this kind of missal because I am in the process of becoming a monk and I am pretty sure this is the kind of missal that monks use, I currently use a monthly missal which only has the readings for the current month not for the whole church year

Is there a difference between this single volume Daily Roman Missal and the three volume St. Joseph Missal set? Do they contain the exact same information or does one have something the other lacks, etc? Thanks.
