My skin is flaking and falling off my face, oily skin typically, but recently patches are hard, feel like razors slicing me and then starts to split crack and flake off.. Anyhow store suggested this product, I get it home, the top spins in circles, will not depress in any location, how do I get the pump to work? I can spin open and just use the intake tube to get product but that isn't handy??

Just bought mine, was shock when reviewers uses this on their faces, I bought it as a body lotion, thankfully this video shows that it is also inteneded as a body lotion. For my face I also bought the PM moisturizer with the resurfacing retinol and in the morning Im using the vitamin c and the hydrating mineral suncreen. hopefully this will help my skin to look healthier
