Get out of here. Watching your videos is like watching a case study on me. I get at up 3am on Saturdays to ride my bike solo, in complete silence other than my breath and sound of the wheels rolling on the road, with only my thoughts without any external interference. I go to work at 6am even though I don’t have to for silence and focus. I never even heard of sigma before these videos.
I always thought I was alpha knowing I’m a natural leader and stronger than most. I work harder than anyone in any position I’ve had. Always the top paid guy.
After watching these videos and I’ve watched them all now I’m 100 percent sigma right down to the morning quiet, the outthinking people, planning every detail ahead and love it when it all falls into place like a well thought out puzzle, I live working out, love being alone and have always lived above the norm. Outside of society alone just doing my own thing never needing validation. Consumed with my goals having a bigger picture to achieve for the good of others.

The shared musical tastes part is particularly true. I need to be able to spend some time with a friend just listening to a record, not saying much except for perhaps an occasional “aww man, the way the bass is working with the keys right here” or something and they get it. Come to think of it, most of my closest friendships have had a shared interest in music, playing and listening, as a key part of the foundation.

Sigma males are also known as intj's on the Myers-Briggs 16 personality test that's how I came to find that I was a sigma
