Sorry i missed your messages for your info on Monday. For smoothies I use spinach kale, carrots. Some water or orange juice. Or mango, pappaw (papaya) watermelon, banana some yogurt. However i have learnt done things from you and a friend and you about cucumbers. Cucumber water or juice. I eat alot of cucumbers. I used to use wheat grass. We don't have fresh cilantro or pepper grass here in Trinidad. We have it dried from abroad. Will look for a substitute. Thanks for your breakfast ideas. I sometimes have smoothies for breakfast. I also drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice an apple cider first thing in morning and last at night. Thanks

Hi! Very nice video, Peggy is in the kitchen, making smoothie! My fav smoothie is banana and mango or papaya or pineapple, if I don`t juice my veggies (I do recently in the mornings), carrot, kale, spinach, cucumber, banana and a splash of organic oat milk, I used to add a small avocado as well, nowadays I don`t, avocado makes it so nice and creamy though. OMG, such a big aloe vera, never seen that size! Love the music! Thanks for the vid!

My favorite ingredients for a morning smoothie is bananas, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries, then I add powdered spiralina to the mixture. Also, I might change up the fruit with apples, or pears, fresh mint, and ginger root!🍹🍉🍍🍋🍊

Here are some favourites in my morning smoothie. Spinach, avocado, ginger, half a lemon or lime with peel, cucumber and water or coconut milk. Sometimes I'll add a bit of olive oil and sometimes a pear or green apple.

Great to get some new ideas, thanks Peggy! I go through phases with different breakfasts and unfortunately I overdid spirulina and couldn't stomach a smoothie after that.. but now I'm going to get into it again :) I love fruit but try not to overdo it.. I did MM diet but all that fruit didn't agree with me. Best of everything to you! Xx

Lately it's been banana with spinach powder, but I am ready to switch to moringa powder which I really like, I also add dandelion powder, ashwaganda, astragalus, ginger, etc. and since we have around here fresh gotu kola I have been including it for an afternoon smoothie and a pinch of ginger and fresh parsley--quite tasty. :)

Hello Peggy, Its a wonder that you and I are not green skinned by now! The smoothies I gather in the morning here are made from a banana, fresh picked grape leaves, carrot tops, collard leaves, fresh picked mint, sassafras leaves, stevia leaves, fresh ginger, powdered spirolina, cinnamon, fresh turmeric, coconut oil, rolled oats (raw), frozen blueberries and a few shakes of red pepper. I flood that all with lemon water and blend it smooth. Sometimes I add a carrot or some pecans. This keeps me fresh and strong, day after day. If my work is such that I can not stop when I am hungry, I know that I can make it all day on what I had in the morning. It is a blender full. About an hour earlier than my smoothie, I have a couple big glasses of celery juice. It really is a wonder that I am not turning green by now... Smiling, George.

Hi Peggy do you need to add the wheat grass powder and the super green? Even though you have other fresh vegetables there?
