Hi Duotone, there is a 4th insert/screw connection at the bottom of this new mast where the fuselage is connected to the mast. I saw it on the duotone webpage, it seems slightly smaller than the other three screw. What is this for? You did not mention it in the video. Thanks

What about bigger foils (span over 1m)? There is a warning for jumping but how is it with usage over all for the dlab slim?

Did you design the 84cm long enough to clear chop? I'm currently using the dlab slim 90cm mast for winging and like the length because it helps me clear big choppy sea with small mushy waves which have a very short period. My main focus is surfing the small waves and swell. I want to upgrade to the new dlab slim 2.0 mast, but I don't want the 94cm. I don't need the extra length and want to stay as short as possible for surfing (shorter cord for turning). I'm worried that the 84cm is going to be too short and hit the chop or breach and the design discipline of the 94cm doesn't suit my riding.

Any issues with the 76 on tip breaches or tight radius turns with instability? Whats the best foil to match with it for the highest performance swell surfing experience?

having to choose SLS or Dlab 2.0, how big is the difference in performance for average guy in 84cm? Wingfoiling and catching small chop, smaller waves, and just cruising inland lakes?

I’m assuming the stiffness of the 2.0 was objectively tested against the old Duotone masts. How does the 2.0 Dlab stiffness compare to the original carbon mast? Nolimitz released their market comparison data when releasing their v2 and the original Duotone carbon was almost equivalent to their Nolimitz v2, but obviously much more bulky dimensions. Is this new mast stiffer than the original carbon? Thank you!

Hello team Duotone the questio i have on the 94 mast slim 2.0 would it fit a 1.92cm 100kg rider ? Or should i take the 84 ? I have a 90 sls and it is not stiff over 20 knots with 905 aero glide .Or is the 94 as stiff as an 84 previous gen dlab under 100kg in clear length vs stiffness under 100kg . thanks for your reply Vincent ps i do not jump 😂

How do you measure the mast length? In riding orientation (board plate up), is it from top of board plate to top of fuselage adapter (the half barrel)? Or is it to bottom of fuselage adapter i.e. to mid of fuselage plane - which is then the total length of the individual mast item?

What would be your recommendation if I want primarily to wing, but once in a while use the same foil for kite foiling. Which frontwing would be comparable to this mast to do both? Ps I would go for the 84cm.
