Now I have also tested the 1100 in gusty cold eastwinds from 2-14 knots and I'm totally happy. It's my first "big foil" that makes a lot of fun without the feeling of a lazy snail. It goes early, very long, the speed is really good, and maneuvers are also smooth for its size. Good work!

Four days ago I've tried the Glide 2.0 750 in a 12/16 knots range (I have also the 725 -2024) I found it super smooth, fast, really quick to turn rail to rail. Great job guys 👏👏

Had a 750 and 900 on order for weeks now - patiently waiting for it to arrive in the UK :)

These are some solid looking new weapons to add to my quiver. Exciting new range so I better get some on order pronto. I understand there’s more equivalent lift from each wing for its size compared to the previous model. So if I rode the 905 glide I should replace with 750. I think these will bring me so much joy that it will make me not just a better rider, but also a better husband to my wife and a better father to my children. Can you confirm this please before I proceed with my order? 😊

Thank you so much ! Already ordered the 750 (added to the Glide 1.0 1085) ;)
Two tech questions though :
- Is the new profile thiner on the 2.0 (compared with the first version) ?
- why not having winglets on this foil (like you did on the hyperglide) ?

I didn't quite understand why a larger stabilizer is needed at high speed. For me, at high speed, the pitching moment (up) increases, and thus the lift generated by the stabilizer further increases the pitch, causing the foil to inevitably lift out of the water?

I'm an AXIS user, HPS 880 and the Spitfire 900, but seriously thinking about swapping over to Duotone Glide V2's But i am completely lost in the sizing. I use the Spitfire from 8knots up with my 8m wing and then maxed out as well on 5.5m. any suggestions for the change, not interested in jumping or crazy carving, just riding swell and lumps great video

Hi again, today was my first day on the 900 in gusty conditions from 3 to 25knts. I'm so happy with it. It was so easy to ride and the glide ist very good for its size. But the noise is a little bit loud, maybe because the cold water...:-) (5°) Should I sand it like my foils before...?

Hello,

I had bought the Whizz 1450 to have a Light Wing foil but also a dockstart foil.

Do you think it would be better for the dockstart to change for the glide 2.0 1350? I think it will be faster, but which foil will be easier (I'm an intermediate)? Is the glide as playful as the Whizz?

Thanks for your help.

Hi, actually I use a Sabfoil Balz Pro 909 for better winds and a Leviathan 1050Pro for gusty lightwinds and pumping through the wind holes . My weight is 90kg. Now I'm thinking about a change to Duotone because a better glide and stall speed than the Balz 909, which sometimes sags. I also use the Units and I'm very happy! My board is a midlength. So would be 1100 and 900 the right choice for me? Or 900 an 750?

Hi, I want to replace my HA 1750 as it cracked a bit. What should be a one quiver foil for me? Should I take glide 2 1350 or smaller size or maybe not a glide at all? I am lower intermediate rider (learning jybes), 83 kg. It should be good for light winds as I live next to inland lakes, but also for sea conditions (Mediterranean). Thanks!

Great video, excited to try them! What size/tail would you recommend for a 63kg rider to start learning downwind? Looking to pair with 8’0 downwinder slim. Wing and prone foil background. East coast United States riding in Atlantic Ocean. Thanks!

Hi guys, I am on the Free 1250 as my most used foil, 75kg and on the older side of the age group. I am getting my gybes and looking at next step to match a new Skybrid 5.10 board that i plan to purchase for light wind breezes. (9-12 knots) I will use a 2024 Slick 6.0 so thinking would a Glide V2 1100 be best or could I get away with the Glide V2 900? Have a solid windsurf / windfoil background for past few years and have now made the jump to winging. Happy to get a couple of front foils but not sure on sizes. Any help much appreciated.

What is the lift like (and also speed) of the 1100 Glide 2.0 compared to the Whizz 1000 ?

Rather than get a smaller H stab for more pump and glide can I shim, and how much?

Which h series tail would you recommend for a 63kg rider on the 1350 learning downwind SUP? Prone background, can flatwater pump for 1-2minutes. Im guessing 165 or 185? Thank you!

I'm an intermediate rider looking for something faster than my current 1500HA (82kg/intermediate level) With my current setup my top speed is approximately 16-17kt and average cruising speed is approximately 14kt, I would be happy to reach a top speed of 22-23kt. please what size of Glide 2 would you recommend ?
