Way less light, pretty much no privacy, more heating/cold floor (can be nice in summer tho so thats Equalized), more likely to have noise from upstairs, Bugs and animals come in way easier.

Lived in groundfloor before with windows into the backyard:
Never again

Especially privacy was a huge issue aswell as the light
Combine little privacy and constantly having your curtains pulled + low light.
Its basically a dark cave with no privacy

Cant even think about how it must be having windows to the street.
