People should know that F2P doesn't always equal to low invesment.

F2P means no real money involved.
Low investment means the account doesn't have any stacked artifact, dupes, or WS.

It's community fault that keep assuming F2P equals to low investment.

Their logic doesn't make sense, if F2P equals to low investment, then zero gacha account with god tier echo isn't F2P at all since it's not relatable to majority of players.

By their logic, even Havoc Rover isn't F2P if every echoes have 10, 5 CR and 21 CD because that's not the average and not relatable to majority.

Ffs, the weapon is guaranteed. From 1.0 to 1.1, 250+ pulls can be obtained. It's a 100% guaranteed to pull Changli with her WS. If they don't have 240 pulls by Changli banner ended, then it's their mistake for being incompetent at managing important resources aka pulls.

as a f2p myself, the main reason why we don't "pull" for weapon is because we save those funds for the "next" character banner, weapon is up to you if you want to pull or not. Being f2p is not tied by what gear you use (unless that gear is behind a paywall and is not accessible for f2p in any way like bp weapons) exactly like Rex said, free to play only means that you did not spend a single dime, $0, that's it.

and let's be honest, if there was no time limit Rex can probably clear it with 4* weapon with half assed echo

I have Jiyan, Yinlin, Jinhshi and Changli and I'm 100% F2P.I didn't get them in early pulls either.I lost 50/50 on Jiyan and on Changli (both near 80 pulls).I'm currently trying to get Changli's signature weapon (46 pity as of now).People saying having Changli's signature weapon is not F2P are capping.
Losing 50/50 on Changli was the hardest as I had very little source of astrites left.I had to use more than half of my Crystal Solvents inorder to reach UL 45 to get the 1000 astrites reward.I grinded like shit and boom got Changli in 100~ pulls.(I'm literally sleep deprived rn).So what I'm tryna say is that if you really want it you'll grind and eventually have it.(Do not grind too much tho, it's bad for health).Good Luck.
