As a Durbanite living in Joburg, the goal is to own a beach side property in Durban sometime in the future. I see soo much potential in Durban, the beachfront is a gold mine waiting to explode, I have to be part of it.

Like the Western Cape, KZN has the potential to become the worlds holiday destination.

Cape Town is beautiful yes, but the green, lush KZN is everything to me. KZN is naturally beautiful. I love the weather, I love that I can grow my food without trying too hard if I want. I love that it rains there, I love that it's not windy.

I disagree with your choices because Zululami and Zimbali are not considered Durban. They are on the North Coast. Definitely not Durban. So Umhlanga should have been number 1. But other than that, it's great to have KZN recognized. Good job!

South African are way ahead of their neighbors. You find nice houses all over Africa, but usually there’s no planning. A lot of places don’t even building roads, no open spaces or street lights.
