From the videos I've seen on your channel so far, it seems southern Africa (SA, Namibia, Mauritius, etc) have better real estate than western Africa). Beauty here is really well appreciated. No one hawking or patching tire by the road side or selling bole or refuse sites. Just pure high quality development. Even the cities look better developed and neater here.

I'm not saying that there's absolutely no nice real estate in West Africa. But it's just not comparable to what we are seeing so far in southern Africa.

Angola, Kenya and Tanzania also seem to have some nice real estates.

Northern Africa has Egypt and Morocco. And I believe Algeria and Tunisia also look great.
