I recommend Booqable (Rental Company Booking Software):

This is what I use to automate my rental bookings, track my inventory, take credit card payments, and more. I barely have to do customer quotes anymore. Bookings literally come in while I sleep at night! 😴

I am preparing my launch of a similar business here in the US next month. I find it very interesting on how you have demand for items as simplistic as a hotdog roller. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Thanks for sharing your insight!! Cheers!

Fantastic channel. I have been watching you since the start. You certainly are a wealth of information, and you can see you love what you do. Do you have anything on the type of contracts you have the clients sign for things like damage, delivery charges, etc? Is this all in Booqable?

I rented my first bubble machine in 2017 in Hermosa Beach, CA. I ordered it the day the customer booked the event 😂 I was surprised people would rent anything 💰🎊🎉

Getting started in SW Florida. Lots of great info. Very inspiring. Ive got a lot of Chauvet lights, truss, staging, PA's, guitars, amps, linens, scattered all over the house. Got to get organized and get this stuff out of the house (I do wish to remained married :) . Have a 900 sq ft storage unit with 6 doors, and may lease a 1200 sq ft warehouse with AC.. No revenue yet, is this too big of a move?

Thank you for sharing. Can you please make a video on what software or how you rent out to people? Do they leave a deposit? Do you keep a copy of their ID and what about if they don't return the items?

Hi Lee, thank you for all the help. I have started this year and made about 10k as a site hustle. I am actually thinking about paying helpers for transport and tent set up, as it is very time consuming when doing it all asite my regular full time job. And i had to say no to a lot of clients, because i preferred spending time with the family. Do you have any recommendations or tips for this? So, i do not make stupid mistakes in the beginning? Kind regards from Hamburg, Germany!

Is it even worth it if an item doesn’t go out more than 15 times in a year? It’s just more documentation and more things to worry about and manage?

Or do those little things help you land bigger jobs? Or just like adding a bit of revenue?
