If a YouTuber has had there video demonetised do they still get paid by YouTube premium, or do they lose both that AND the ad revenue?

And if the youtuber only isn’t a ‘YouTube Partner’ yet because they have less than 1, 000 subscribers do they still get paid by YouTube premium (as they currently don’t receive ad revenue even if YouTube places ads on their videos).
