My family lives YouTube Premium. The music portion pays for it alone. Honestly now a days I probably wouldn't watch much youtube if I didn't have premium.

Sponsor inserted by creators should be forced to take them down or get banned. I can't fast forward through them on mobile?
I even saw item price ads while searching for stuff to watch a few minutes ago. 😡 Those "sponsors" are just cheap excuses. There's always Patreon and other ways of getting funds. Getting sponsor ads just makes premium feel stupid and wrong

I know it may be nitpicking but it genuinely irritates me every time I see YouTube call Premium "Ad-Free" sure, you can just skip past the sponsored ad, which I do anyway, but I thought the whole point of Premium was to be an Uninterrupted, Ad-Free experience.
Most of my time spent on YouTube is actually just having the video playing in the background while doing other things, which is why paying for an Uninterrupted experience sounded appealing to me, but the purpose is entirely defeated when I still have to skip ads anyway. Especially since a lot of the channels I watch often have 2 sponsorships in videos now.

Yes, YouTube Premium is worth it and without the subscription, a few Ads were insanely inappropriate. Our viewing habits are Technology. However, at times we were getting Dating Adults Ads, which were Offensive, Exploitative. And, we Blocked, Reported it repeatedly to YouTube, over and over…without resolve.

Said it before and I'll say it again, YTP is the literally definition of Google creating a problem and selling a solution. I will NEVER pay for YTP, EVER. Firefox browser (which still supports manifest v2, and therefore all older adblockers) paired with Ublock origin, sponsor block, YT dislike viewer, dark mode extension and free proxy vpn is an absolute dream setup.And before one of you bootlickers jumps up and says it, know that YT existed just fine before the Google buyout without ads. And and far as content creators go, maybe they shouldn't have put themselves in a position to where they rely mostly (if not entirely) on ads to begin with?. Just my take anyway...

There needs to be a class action lawsuit against youtube for taking money for premium and promising ad free then youtube doesn't crack down on the content creators who bury ads and sponsorships in their video, it's criminal, misleading, false advertising and other things. Some people will argue that content creators need to get paid, why? if they aren't happy with the money they make then they should go find a real job. But it is NOT ACCEPTABLE to pay for premium when we still get ads buried in content. It honestly deserves a class action lawsuit against Youtbue.

YouTube Premium including YouTube Music IMHO is a great deal. The bitrate on YouTube Music is indistinguishable between my Amazon HD Music.

YTP is my favorite entertainment expense. The ads were driving me nuts, now I don't have to deal with them. The background play and locked phone play and downloads are also great; most of the content I enjoy is fine just for listening.

Plus the movies! All the movies that are "free with ads" are free without ads with YTP.

My only frustration is that YouTube Music, included, doesn't work well if you're an iPhone user. It doesn't integrate with anything and the UI is horrible. Also can't use it with Alexa. I imagine Android and Google speaker users don't have these issues.

I can't even finish to write a comment about the videos that I'm trying to watch with too many ads interruptions because my unfinish comment completely disappear when the freaking damn ads appear in the middle of my writing commentothers have the same frustrating experience too in YouTube 😩😟😡
