I was ready to send this back until I ran across your video. I couldn't get it to start then watching your video I realized I had disengaged the paddle when I pushed the 'lid' button on accident. Put back together properly and it worked like a charm. Experimented making chocolate ice cream from chocolate milk. Creami and flavorful! Thank you again for putting this video out for us newbies🤗

Hello! We’ve only used the creami once and noticed that the paddle won’t come out - it looks like only one side of the opening is unlatching. Is there a solution to this?

If I have multiple different flavored frozen pints, do I have to break down the parts and clean them in between mixing each pint?

We just purchased our new Ninja Creami and after following the instructions notice that while the paddle spins it stays in place and never makes contact with the frozen base?

Just got this for Christmas. I followed the instructions to freeze over night and when I tried to use it for the first time it didn’t work at all and all it did was burn the plastic. I am very upset about this. I don’t know if there’s a problem with the machine or what but I followed the instructions exactly how it said to.

When you release the latch after putting in the paddle does the latch suppose to go back to the place it was in the beginning or does it come to stop in the middle?

This is NOT how to use this. You skipped the whole prepartion of what you put in the freezer overhight part.

Just bought Creami. When I turn it on, makes a continuous noise, but no lights come on. After 5 minutes, all lights [except for power button] flash. Install light 4 continuously flashes but nothing works. Help!

Yeah this would be great if I could even get the machine to turn on. Brand new out of the box and it won’t even light up.

Just used it and followed instructions—paddle fell off and scorched the ice cream, gumming up the threads and smoking up the house. Would not turn off and had to unplug the unit to get it to stop.

Just bought one of these. Right out of the box the instal light is flashing and the unit won’t work. I’ve watched every troubleshooting video out there and nothing has helped. Brand new and can’t even use it.

Blade doesn’t reach down far enough unless you almost over fill

I purchased mine, and I noticed that mine started shredding the pint cup while in use and my ice cream had plastic mixed in it
