Hi! I just got my ninja creami. I am right now freezing peach halves filled with a mixture of light syrup and milk. My question is, is it safe to use the sorbet mode or should I use the ice cream mode. I am scared to break my new appliance. Thank you.

What is the difference between all the models?

Would soymilk or almond milk be ok mixed with fruit and date syrup be ok? Or is that too water based? I’m just not clear on what would freeze “too hard” for the machine to handle. Coconut milk is full of saturated fat so that is a no go for me. Thank you!
