Got this from someone. Thought it MADE ice cream. Didn't know I had to make a base 24hrs before I wanted it. Makes spontaneous ice cream impossible unless you ALWAYS have a base in the freezer.

I just bought the deluxe. I can't even get the container to come off the base. Followed the directions that came with and still won't. Hoping a video might help but this one showed everything but how to take it off. Help!

I’m considering buying the Deluxe over the regular model, but I notice the deluxe doesn’t have a “smoothie bowl” setting. Is there an equivalent setting in the deluxe?

Since Ninja is so much on Back Order -- WHY NOT let people who are dying to get one put their names on a Wait List for a small Down Payment ?? -- Then send them that Email to let them know their order is Ready -- instead of when their is ONE in stock.
