There is no sweet spot when conflict arise.
Best option ..your brain already knows thing but your heart doesn't ....if conflict not arise yet inside your body always choose brain . But if conflict arise then follow your heart and your heart gonna be wrong repeatedly and brain directly give stimulation to heart that he already know 😅 and by the passage ho time your heart get satisfied that brain is always right.😅 but your heart is just like LOKI ( Avengers)
