This lecture is about Gravitational Force and Law of Universal Gravitation.

Q: What is gravitational force?
Ans: The attractive force between any two masses or objects is known as gravitational force.
For example, if you raise an object above the earth surface and release it from a certain height of earth, the object will accelerate towards the center of the Earth due to gravitational force or gravitational pull.
Thus this force between object and the Earth is known as gravitational force.

As you told in an example that when the Earth exert a 10N force on the object(which is a purse in this example) as a result object exert the force of same magnitude (10N) on the Earth.It means that forces are in equilibrium.Then, why if we will leave the object, it will move downward toward Earth.

I think the origin of Gravitational force is the centre of the earth b/c at the centre the "gravity = 0". As the origin of coordinate is (0, 0)
