Read a CGC thread where someone sent a Killing Joke 9.9 for a reholder...Came back a 9.8. Never send a 9.9 or 10 for a reholder.

I personally hate graded books. You can't open them up and read them when they are slabbed. I feel like people grade their stuff just so they can charge more money for it at a store or convention

Who knows how many ghost grades are on the census most people don’t send in the labels. Especially high value old label books like FF48 ASM50 etc. Could be over 10%
