I feel like people ignore the fact that vegan food takes just as much preparation as non-vegan food, but people will just eat tofu straight out of the box with nothing on it and then act like it’s bad and vegans are crazy for eating it.

Sou curls are so funny because you have to rehydrate them, dry them out, rehydrate it in sauce and cook again until all the liquid is gone into the curls lol
