Sir Keir Starmer marks 100 days in office amidst a turbulent start. His government has faced scandals, including the "freebies" controversy, a No. 10 power struggle, and plummeting approval ratings.

Despite challenges, such as economic concerns and rising immigration, Starmer aims to refocus on the economy and major policy reforms, like renationalising rail and expanding workers' rights.

Foreign affairs, including conflicts in the Middle East and Ukraine, have also demanded attention.

Dr David Bull and Dr Renee Hoenderkamp disucss Labour's first 100 days in office.

Couldn’t we all hop into a time machine, go back to the 1980s and reconsider what type of person we want to breed. This government has some seriously odd specimens running our lives for the next 4 years from top to bottom. What have we done!#*?

If they don’t drop net zero there will be no businesses left, Germany manufacturing score in 2021 was 66.6 excellent now it’s 40.2 depression levels, reason they can’t compete with USA n China energy prices making manufacturing to expensive 😮 that’s coming here soon 🔜🙄

I am not directly aware of any socialist regime in the world where capitalists are actually queuing up to invest money.

This government has ALREADY stopped the pensioners winter fuel allowance, I have just today, October 12th, received a letter from the DWP telling me I will no longer receive this paltry amount. I have had to use my heating occasionally since July as it is so cold here. Why do these people hate pensioners? If they cut my single occupancy council tax discount then I am stuffed.

Just imagine how much more damage Labour can do in the approximately 1700 days remaining: and with a large majority there's no way of stopping them!

I'm disabled, live alone and I'm not coping well at all with my health and day to day living. I still haven't on my heating. Believe me, I am terrified about what's to come in the budget.

They've hammered the elderly and I'm sure the disabled are next.

The problem of getting rid of Starmer is fine BUT all possible people to replace him are as bad or worse than him.

I was taken to my local A & E on Monday with ac collapsed L3 disk in my spine, I was seen in five minutes by the Doctor put on major pain relief and sent for a CT scan. Stayed the night in A&E the doctors checked which local hospital could take me in. That evening I was ambulanced to special neurosurgery hospital put on drips seen by the Surgeon that evening, they had to wait 24hrs as took aspirin for my heart condition but operated on me on Thursday afternoon all went well. On Friday lunchtime an ambulance took me home 60 minutes away. I had a private room with full on suite facilities all on the state. You guessed it not the UK but France. Now I have a nurse coming in every 2 days to change the dressings and a physio therapist starting in 3 weeks with no limits to how many sessions. I have from the pharmacy all dressings etc for the nurse. This is good National Health not what I see going on in the UK. I AM GLAD I LEFT THE UK.

NO ONE, I REPEAT, NO ONE, should EVER be TERRIFIED of their government. Don’t allow yourself to feel that way. Vote better. And educate this around you to vote wisely also. Labour, never again, cons, never again.
