This is so sad and true. I knew a cop who was brutally beating up a black man for reaching at his pocket to pull out his driver license--nothing out of the ordinary--when all of a sudden someone started recording him and posted it on twitter. Just a few years later, he was taken to court, and although he was found innocent of any crimes, it was really close there. I can't believe we've gotten to a point where a cop can't even physically harass minorities without consequences anymore.
