Exercise your right to vote. Our ancestors gave their lives for today's rights.

Ive talked to quite a young people who have told me " voting doesn't matter because our vote doesn't count." Where does this idea come from? We need our young people.

So many people I have talked to say they “pay no attention “ to politics. In these times, that’s downright scary

Right you are...
But I don't think we are that passive about VOTING, about our democracy. It is my sincere hope that we all vote.

I feel the same way. I have never felt like this about an election. I read on YouTube a girl said, "All this voting has nothing to do with us black people. I could've fell out of the chair. That was so crazy.

Terrified? I work full-time, and I can’t afford a house. I can barely afford a car, rent, in groceries. People should be terrified.

Our Leader does matter. The loss that us as women lost. That our daughters and granddaughters lost. We need to get out and vote like our lives depend on it. Because it does!

I am in the UK, but you guys in the USA who are over 30 years old, need to speak to every young person you encounter & tell them why voting matters.

Not having a debate is taking democracy for granted

The problem in America today is the lack of accountability and quality education.

I often worry how people don't take voting seriously. Totally agree.

In Australia we have compulsory voting, it’s both a right and an obligation and I think this is as it should be. Everyone should take part in the process because we are all affected by the government we choose.

**EDIT: Our candidates also present their policies fully costed to the electorate.
