You are not explaining completely. You didn't explained how you are finding the directions of vectors.

You are not explaining how you are drawing vectors in that particular direction, i mean from (a, d) why vector turned in downward direction why not upward i.e (a, d) and b line can be turned even upward, you are just drawing lines subconsciously which you are habituated to thats it

Tangential component of link BC should be drawn on upper side. This is wrong. Resultant acceleration of CD should not lie on the same line of the radial component of input link AB. This one wrongly guides. Please note it

Why you're not drow a perpendicular vecor for link AB

wrong. The link AB has both radial and tangential accelerations, which made your acceleration triangle technically wrong. Check your calculations.
