I join bbq since a few years here in Germany... What i like most is the way of cooking. Fire, smoke, choals... I love it. If i only had the money, i would spend my holydays in US southern states every year

There is this Haitian slaw called piklez. I put it on an American pulled pork sandwich, oh my God yall!!! Life isn't the same. Lol
I love spicy slaw on pulled pork now

I agree with everything the man said..except slaw on the bbq. Why go through all that hardwork and produce such fine food, and then ruin it with slaw?!!!! To each his own...keep up the good work over there in Tennessee!
