One of the best commentaries / comparisons I have heard was from Derek Prince, himself a marvelous teacher of Holy Scripture, by the Grace of our Good LORD. In times of war a country usually recalls their "diplomatic staff / ambassadors" - when the day of our LORD, draws near, we (the Bride, true Church) shall be "recalled". We shall return with HIM - for the Glory of HIS Holy Name! Thank you LORD JESUS! The Return of our LORD and the Bride being received unto HIM are two separate events. Keep watch for our Redemption draws near.

As I say to various folk that may say, '...but the word trinity is not in the Bible....' That is correct but we do have a description is passages that describe the Trinity. A description is much better as we are then given the definition rather than a singular word that can have the meaning changed. This is also the case of the rapture in 1 Thessalonians 4

Matthew 24:13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

It is an interesting note that closing the first three chapters of 1 Thessalonians Paul says ....and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?....so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.
There is a warn up, so to speak, before Paul clearly lays out the hope that awaits us, Christ coming for His bride in the fourth chapter.
