I like that he didn't flat out say TP has ended and gave room to ponder a season 4 possibility.

"Ask him what he thinks happened" is a beautiful way to put it

Such an elegant answer. I'm glad he doesn't have to spell everything out

I've paying more considerable attetion at RR Diner sequences. Everything that 'happens' in there has some strong artificial atmosphere. Most of all of the series plot absurdities. Season 1 has it most surreal sequences to tell. But it’s always stranger moments. An endless list... Let’s not forget that Audrey’s Dance first happened there in a jukebox random play; the log lady; the trucks carrying trees everytime the façade was shown; the creepy/cute laugh waitress and girl that lefts big changes the; strange kid that shots at the window, both in The Return, and it ends up with that nonstop honking woman & her zombie kid ride; all these Hollywood 50’s atmosphere; we heard 'Sleepwalk', Otis Redding, those leather jackets rebel guys and girls; coffee & cherry pie, etc. RR Diner has a something.

The fixation Lynch has on diners is amazing (as in Mulholland Dr.’s Winkie’s misterioso). Let’s not also forget Judy’s Diner and that uncomfort meeting with those cowboys and Coop behaviour. Then we had Judy. Richard. Diane. Buenos Aires. New York. Las Vegas. South Dakota. Paris. Monica Belucci. 'Who’s the dreamer?'. The key for the hotel room, which is no more, but another dark realm portal as we nostagically hear 'fire walk with me' as we still lay down trying to get asleep as we ask ourselves 'Where’s Billy!?'

He's so right. Book, song, poem or anything it's your interpretation that counts most.

I love the way in which The Return concluded. Learned from the mistake of revealing the killer in Season 2. " The Past Dictates The Future "

Audrie was a character in a fantasy world created by Laura in order to cope with the trauma. They were all dreams dreaming inside a dream and Laura was the dreamer.

Dude has the once in a lifetime opportunity to ask DL literally any question and blurts out "What happened to Audrey?"...man that is kind of embarrassing.

The fact that David is not blatantly closed to a S4 is awesome enough.

Dang, these comments really make me question what kind of attention people give to a show they claim to love so much. Everything that happened is exactly as appears on screen. It's such an intuitive show but people project so much onto it.
