one of my favourite references is the license plate of Chloe's truck in Life Is Strange: TWN PKS. granted, all the license plates in that game refer to classic tv, but it still felt very on the nose lol

I feel like I should mention that Mark Frost (co-creator of Twin Peaks) revealed that he advised nintendo when they were making Link's Awakening, which is cool to know!

Quite shocked nobody has said Life Is Strange. I’ve never seen Twin Peaks, but I do know that not only did LIS referenced it on one of the cars in the parking lot of Blackwell, but that Laura Palmer’s dead is the inspiration for Rachel Amber’s missing posters and her storyline in the first game. It also takes place in Oregon, right outside Seattle. Definitely inspired by Twin Peaks.

Thimbleweed Park, old-styled point-&-click quest game was inspired by Twin Peaks as well. One of the most atmospheric games I've ever played

It was Deadly Premonition that inspired me to watch Twin Peaks. I loved the strange and odd characters.

The second Alan Wake game (released last year) took countless inspirations from Twin Peaks. It can perfectly be called "Twin Peaks: The Game". I've never seen a piece of media closer to the feeling of Twin Peaks than AW2

ok iirc disco elysium is also inspired by twin peaks (its a detective with supernatural elements where the mc solves the case not only because of his detective skills but also because he has some paranormal abilities. there's more but i don't remember it clearly)
