I fell in love with a man when I was in my 20’s. He was 10 years older than me. We loved each other intensely, yet It was not the right time. I met him again by chance, 25 years later, the feelings were still there…we were older, wiser, and like it said there’s nothing on earth that could separate us again. He died from cancer 11 months after we found each other again. The pain was unbearable, but we loved each other until death do us part…😢❤. If it’s meant to be, it will be.

God, this is so true. I love everything about this. Thank you. I lost my husband of 25 years recently, and it has been agony. We definitely recognized each other's darkness. Unfortunately, his darkness could not be overcome and eventually killed him. I will always love and miss him but have peace about him finally being at peace.
