I have a 2024 NX. Your review is way off base and inaccurate. You are wrong about the infotainment system. You mention a touch pad - the current NX does not have a touch pad. You are thinking about the old Lexus system. The new system is spectacular and very intuitive.. You are also wrong about the MPG numbers. Did you actually drive this car?

I have an NX and had it for several years. Tech is good, reliability is good and expense in ownership is cheaper compared to the German vehicles. My uncle owns a BMW X 3 and pays more in repair costs.

We own an NX450 for now 2 years and it’s an awesome car . Much better than any German suv! I don’t understand how anyone would buy a 450hp SUV? They are not sports cars, they are over powered, over priced and unsafe junk boxes. These German SUVs’ are lease only because of the high costs of repairs once the lease is over. Just like most German cars with the exception of the Porsche 911. To me an SUV is a utility vehicle, and as such it must be reliable, safe and economical to drive.

Personally, my NX450h+ is getting delivered next week. Your criticism about NX seems like you are promoting it😂 BMW might be good for some! I also have Golf and I totally appreciate the German engineering...but Lexus is incredible!

Had my Nx hybrid for 10 months now, love it a lot, suits me just fine, infotainment Awsome and quick response, and engine has heaps of power if I need it, did not want a bigger car because of parking difficulties in city car parks etc,
Well made and solid build. Lexus for life person now.

What a load of rubbish this review is my friend has just purchase an NX 350H 2024 and it fits two average suitcases easily, and the run flats are not noisy at all nor do you feel every bump, one thing you don't get with the tyres is curb rash on the rims.Crap review no likes here.

BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, compare all you want on ride and interior space, but they cannot beat the reliability of a Lexus NX or RX or Toyota in general.

i used to work for Toyota/ Lexus all their cars & suv don't have enough leg room, head room & cargo space all of it are cramped and not a smooth ride. I would go for other brands be it German, Swedish or Japanese. Thank you

Is this a commercial for BMW and Audi? German brands aren't as reliable as Japanese ones. I want a vehicle that is not a money pit after 3 years.

The NX model is a little smaller than the RX. It costs $10K less. You get what you pay for. I bought a 2025 NX350h on May 24, 2024, at Lexus of Riverside (white & Tan, very hard to find), and I am happy with it!

I have one. Takumi 450H+. A 48 mile EV only range, 55 mpg (UK gallons) in HV mode. Punchy EV acceleration. Beautiful 14 screen. Lots more tech - BUT above all and the reason I didn't go with the BMW X3, if you stick with Lexus for servicing, you have a 10 year/100, 000 guarantee. Residuals are therefore excellent. You can sell your 5 yo Lexus with 5 years of guarantee left. Try that with one of the German cars (and I'm also a BMW owner).

First, thanks for taking the time to put this together. I don't agree with the BMW as an option or why individuals buy Lexus. Own a BMW X3 and it doesn't come close to the reliability. I have RAV4, RX350 and now NX350. both my Toyotas have 130K on them. No issues at all. My X3 was starting to lose water after only 60K in miles. I ended up getting rid of it before 90K. Further the Toyota and Lexus I can work on myself. This has saved me many thousands of dollars. Yes, there may be some lacking of technology, but they are not show stoppers. O it is not a sports car -- I am so glad it is not. Lexus owners love the rid and the comfort. I am not racing it. Just quiet, smooth, and gets you there over and over and over again. Really can't beat that aspect. Time will tell, but I am sticking with Lexus and Toyota.

I just bought a 2025 NX 350 base for the wife, white with the Palomino interior is nice for her, it could be her last car so i was looking for a reliable low maintenance vehicle and Luxury! Is nice to be honest even the i’m a AMG fanatic but i take the high maintenance bill and i’m ok with it, now being a base i saw a video the mud lights or puddle lights have a cover and behind it is a wire…… that video seems to be wrong cause is nothing there so….. what can i do? Pay a high price to add them at the dealer? Or spend more time finding it? Is it there? Or is not? I’m new to this brand even the we had Toyotas before but the puddle lights could’ve been great!! So seems like this video is full of Lexus fans so what can I do? Any help or idea is appreciated 🙏🏻!! Now….. in my opinion this is a classic/modern vehicle with smooth ride and conservative performance! When the reliability is not that important and power and performance is more important the Germans have what you want! Let’s be honest the Germans have the performance the Japanese don’t want to get into cause it will sacrifice their reliability and reputation!!! One more thing……. Lexus shouldn’t ever take the V6 on the RX i drove the new 4 cylinder turbo for the 2024/2025 and is not a good choice cause is a heavier vehicle for that engine and again is just my opinion! The V6 was a great engine for a midsize SUV!!! And for that the wife picked the NX!!!!

I love my NX300! I do not need much space, and I am happy with this vehicle! I am short and small, please offer big ones for big people. Very nice, comfortable, easy! The car takes of you! Prompts when somebody crawling unnoticed, alerts when somebody darts fast and dangerous, easy to speed up when needed...

Comparing Lexus to a BMW is an insult i still daily dtive my 2003 RX300 with 204k still runs great with no issues. Now, name a BMW from 2003 that's still on the road without spending an arm and a leg in maintenance. Next year, i will be upgrading to an NX.
