In the video, you push the insulation all the way to the edges. In a real ceiling, those would be over the eaves in many cases, so shouldn't you only be insulating as far as the exterior wall?

You must wear kneepads. You don't want to harm your knees. Painful as hell and lasts for weeks. Damage could be permanent too
