I don't know who you are Mr. How ToTech, but I just need you to know that your amazing and thank you so much. I've been having problems with my Roku that's built into my Sharp TV. Most of the apps wouldn't work and I tried a few different things, all of which did not work. Than I came across your video and I have to be honest I thought it was a joke "click the home button 5, arrow up once etc etc. So I said I'll bite, I'll give it a try and I'll be darned, IT WORKED!
