*Ingredients*
For the base:
350g digestive biscuits
180g salted butter, melted

For the cheesecake layer:
300ml cold double cream
500g cream cheese, room temperature
100g icing sugar
250g Nutella

For the topping:
100g dark chocolate
100ml double cream
25g roasted chopped hazelnuts
8 Ferrero Rochers

1) Line the bottom of an 8" cake tin with baking paper.

2) Finely crush the digestive biscuits using a food processor.

3) Pour the crushed biscuits into a large bowl and mix them together with the melted butter.

4) Scoop the mix into your cake tin and press it down firmly.

5) For the cheesecake layer, whisk the double cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl.

6) In another bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, icing sugar and Nutella until combined.

7) Fold the whipped double cream into the cream cheese mix.

8) Scoop the mix onto your base and smooth it out.

9) Refrigerate for 6 hours minimum.

10) For the topping, melt the dark chocolate and double cream together in the microwave (500W) for 1 minute 20 seconds, stirring until smooth.

11) Stir the chopped hazelnuts through the melted chocolate.

12) Pour the mix over the top of the cheesecake and smooth it out.

13) Place the Ferrero Rochers around the edge of the cake.

14) Refrigerate for 1 hour.

15) Enjoy!
