We've tested dozens of them with varying results—some fell flat, while others have become a regular part of our cleaning routine. One, hack I have--after working in the yard, my hands are dirty and I don't know if I have any small cuts. I sprinkle generously salt, couple or 3 drops of Tea Tree Oil, and couple drops of dish soap. Massage gently and rinse. This works with anytime you have your hands extra dirty!!
I have seen the video on how to clean a glass stove top. What do you use if the stove top just needs wiped down? Like it is not real dirty. I have used the water from washing dishes, but the stove top comes out dull, and not shiney.

To get the brown stains off cookie sheets just use a stainless steel/ steel wool scrubber. Works like a charm. That's actually my hack for a lot of things. They scrub like no other.
Just always make sure it's not gonna scratch the surface you're cleaning.

Love these. What I do is get a small sprayer of vinegar in the shower with a few drops dish soap. Spray on shower head post shower. Soap breaks surface tension, draining the head. Spray again, and the low pH vinegar sits and eats at hard water residue.

My dad used Coke to loosen up rusted lug nuts on car tires. It really works. After watching that, I never drank Coke anymore.

Instead of vinegar I use citric acid crystals, it's behind most descal8ng products at a fraction of the price. A half a teaspoon in water can clean so many things faster and better than vinegar. You can buy a kilo under 10$ CDN on Amazon or soap supply stores. Honestly coffee makers, shower heads, my dishwasher, washing machine, anything. Bonus for things like my dishwasher I add it to the cycle.

Like this video! A hack I heard about once and have always wondered about but never had the courage to try: using WD40 to remove dried/old oil stains from fabric. The idea was--you get oil on your shirt, you wash it and dry it, the oil spot is still there and is dry. Using something else oil based sort of 'reactivates' the dried oil so that you can then clean it off with soap or whatever. Would love to see you debunk this or prove the merit in it!

This hack worked to well. I used vinegar and baking soda on several spots on a hall carpet. The stains came out but were much cleaner than the rest of the carpet. We now have reverse stains.
