Please tell Kevin that it's really easy for the infection to spread from his tooth to his brain, and that'll kill him. And if he thinks the tooth is painful, wait till it hits his brain. The dentist won't pull it until he's been on antibiotics for at least 72 hours, so that's three days of relief!
