Observing Supernova 1987A

On February 23, 1987, vibrant light from a star that exploded about 166,000 years ago reached Earth from the Large Magellanic Cloud. Astronomers named it supernova 1987A. Observers in the southern hemisphere could see it with the naked eye.

How many neutrino detectors saw a burst that minute? I have read Baksan (USSR) Kamioka (Japan) Lake Erie (USA) Mont Blanc (Europe) detected neutrinos, and also something about Rome and Maryland.

one direction could mean near by star, black hole or mass ejection from one side of the star towards an orbiting planet with a large gravitational pull
