1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Milk (thick)
175g Jaggery (pounded)
½ cup Chana Dal [Split Chickpeas]
½ cup Rice Flour
2 Tbsp. Cashew Nuts (broken)
¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder
Salt to Taste
1 ½ cups Water
Serves: 4 -6
