Why is it impossible to get ANYTHING free that allows transparent backgrounds. Just spent a half hour making images and I NEED a transparent background but suddenly I need to sign up for a trial that’s going to be a pain in the ass to stop

OMG, so it doesn't matter that the background turns black after downloading? I have CANVA PRO, I have followed always those steps since I have watched tons of videos and every time when I opened the downloaded file it came with a black background just like in your video. I thought I was doing something wrong... so, that's normal?

Finally somebody who realized that just clicking on the RB in Canva does NOT make the background transparent but white.

I have the Pro version, and it DOESNT work! you end up with a black background. I make designs to put on products I sell on Red bubble, and the design comes out with a black background on my products. Tee shirts etc, need a transparent background. I think Canva did something, because in the past ive been able to make it work but not any more!!
