i made animated text and did quicktime and rgb + alpha and tried rendering it in ae and in media encoder and none of them worked, they still have the black background when exporting.

Can anyone help me? I followed the instructions and used Quicktime as well but when I play it on VLC it shows my creation but in weird blue-ish glowing color. Is there a way to fix this or I'm not following the steps correctly? Thanks.
