Shanann Watts’ house has SOLD - Buyer speaks out

Shanann's house has finally sold! It sold to a family of five for $600,000. They are a husband and wife with three little children. They posted pictures and a beautiful and heartfelt statement on Facebook along with their realtor's statement. In this video I read aloud what both the realtor and the couple say about the purchase. They also plan to honor Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico. They sound like a lovely family and I wish them all the best. Please give them privacy as they move in and get settled. I think Shanann would be happy that the home she loved so much will finally be filled with love and laughter again like it was when she lived there.

✨💫 This is a memorial channel dedicated to Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico Watts. The world got a little darker on August 13, 2018 when these four beautiful souls were taken from us. I named this channel Shining Light because Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico's light shines brighter then Chris's darkness does. I edit these videos in my free time and I am always trying to find new videos and pictures. I try to be creative and tell her story in different ways and by adding my own touches. When I started this channel I had no idea how many would come. I just wanted a troll free and hate free place to upload videos of her.

To all the wonderful people who watch these videos and comment nice things, thank you. 🤗 I will do my best to keep this channel troll free and full of love for Shanann and her sweet babies. 💕 Shanann was so positive, loving and fun and by sharing and editing these videos with you, we are keeping her memory alive and spreading her positivity. 💜 She is still helping people. If you have a problem with my videos or if you dislike my channel please excuse yourself and keep scrolling. I will not tolerate any nasty comments about Shanann, Thrive or her parenting. She was an amazing person and the most loving and caring mother to her girls. She did not abuse them or mistreat them or drug them! It’s so ridiculous I even have to say this. I will also not tolerate people slamming her for her being in debt. Most people are in debt, it’s called life and having kids! She was finding her way and was becoming successful. She would have bounced back in no time. She was a beautiful person who truly cared about others. She was a gem and did not deserve what happened to her. There are hate channels out there who make up lies about Shanann and torment her family. It's sad and if you support those channels shame on you. They make up lies to get clicks to get money. If your comment is in any way rude to Shanann, the girls, the Rzucek's or my channel I will report, block and delete your comment. Hate will not be spread on my channel. Go find another hobby.

Also, it’s worth mentioning that this channel is not for the Rzucek’s. Although I do respect them greatly and I pray for them all the time. These videos would be hard for them to watch and I do not make them geared towards them. I make these for all the strangers around the world who feel close to Shanann or wish they would have known her.

My sister moved into a murder/suicide house because the price was so low. And she just decided that if her and her family were doing good things in the home, then they’d only have good experiences there. And that’s absolutely true, the revived that home and gave it life again. I wish the same upon this house and this family.

Oh my gosh. My heart dropped when I found out it was a family of five. Two girls and a boy. This made me tear up. It makes me emotional for the circumstances surrounding it, but I know The Miller’s will make this house a home and will fill it with love and cherish it. This is a new beginning for them and I’m wishing them happiness and lots of great memories. We will always remember Shanann, the girls and Nico no matter what.

They did not buy it because of the tragedy that occurred or to allow people to tour it. They plan to live a happy, regular life there.

One of my friends bought a home that a murder had occurred in. She asked her priest to come to the house and do a blessing there, and she lived there happily until she met and married her husband! People who are confident in their love and ability, can make that home happy once more. I love the idea that the family and the children, will we able to carry Shanann, Bella, Cece and Nico in their hearts, and not be afraid. They can rest easily now that they know their bedrooms are being slept in by new and happy children. I hope the Universe blesses the family with nothing by happiness and good fortune.
