The back garden /yard is MINUTE for the size of the house. Ridiculous size especially with the crowded jammed up houses/condos now built up to the rear if the house. Awful.

I like how the Millers redid the decor and painted with fresher subltler colours. The house looks alot brighter, bigger and happier to be in. The asking price is way too high imo for that neighborhood though.

As someone who lives here. It’s getting ridiculously expensive to live, so maybe that’s it. I have a feeling it may be a little more than that though too. The trauma that occurred there had to have opened some doors to some dark things 😢

To be honest i would not be comfortable living in a house where a murder took place. The basement looks nice and cozy. But i would feel a eerie presence. Just saying.

I presume they couldn't handle how popular the home is, with all of the curious, true crime people driving by and pictures/videos on the constant. With children, that would be very discerning. Also, i wouldn't be surprised, if it was a flip and sell, from the beginning. Although i DO believe in spirits, so there's that possibility as well.
