Comparing both of Shanann Watts homes in Colorado & North Carolina

This is a look at both of Shanann's homes. She built her first home in 2009/2010 in Belmont, North Carolina. She worked hard and saved up to build her own home. Shanann only needed 10-20% for her down payment on her house so this was doable for her. She was also a first time buyer and could have only needed 10% down. Once she met Chris they decided to move to Colorado because they visited and loved it there. So, Shanann put her house up for sale and sold it for $349,000 in 2012. Shanann and Chris then moved and built their home in Colorado and signed their papers in October 2012. This was the home they lived in from 2012-2018. This video will show you every room in each house and for the Colorado home I use some pictures with Shanann, Chris and the girls in it to help show the layout of the house. Both homes were beautiful and decorated gorgeously. Shanann had an eye for decorating and had beautiful furniture. I loved both of her homes! Stay tuned at the end of the video for details on both homes like when they last sold, square footage, current price estimate and so on.

✨💫 This is a memorial channel dedicated to Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico Watts. The world got a little darker on August 13, 2018 when these four beautiful souls were taken from us. I named this channel Shining Light because I am determined to let Shanann's light keep shining thru all the sadness and darkness of this case. Shanann, Bella, CeCe and Nico's light shines brighter then Chris's darkness does. I edit these videos in my free time and I am always trying to find new videos and pictures. I try to be creative and tell her story in different ways and by adding my own touches. When I started this channel I had no idea how many would come. I just wanted a troll free place to upload videos.

To all the wonderful people who watch these videos and comment nice things, thank you. 🤗 I will do my best to keep this channel troll free and full of love for Shanann and her sweet babies. 💕 Shanann was so positive, loving and fun and by sharing and editing these videos with you, we are keeping her memory alive and spreading her positivity. 💜 She is still helping people. To the trolls:
If you have a problem with my videos or if you dislike my channel please excuse yourself and keep scrolling. I will not tolerate any nasty comments about Shanann, Thrive or her parenting. She was an amazing person and the most loving and caring mother to her girls. She did not abuse them or mistreat them! I will also not tolerate people slamming her for her being in debt. Also, it’s worth mentioning that this channel is not for the Rzucek’s. Although I do respect them greatly and I pray for them all the time. These videos would be hard for them to watch and I do not make them geared towards them. I make these for all the strangers around the world who feel close to Shanann or wish they would have known her.

The house in Colorado was too dark to me. Very cold colours, I wouldn't feel nice in there. The previous one was lovely and bright.

I love how she decorated both houses but the first one was gorgeous just like her. And for the trolls: Shanann did not steal to buy this home! That is a blatant lie the Shanann hate channels made up because they think Chris is innocent and they take every opportunity to disparage Shanann’s name. They are the same channels that say Shanann drugged and abused her kids. Like c’mon. And she only had to put down 10%-20% on the home. Shanann was a good and kind person who would never steal. If you start with the lies I will block you. It’s enough. She’s gone and this page is to remember her and the girls in a respectful manner.

Beautiful Shanann ❤️ She was and is a beautiful gift to our world. Her houses were gorgeous and she made the Colorado place into an awesome home for her family. Every part of her was there in the paint, decor and furnishings. A beautiful place for her children to grow up. I wish peace and comfort to all of her family who loved her and were blessed to have her and her darling little girls and the hope of baby Nico in their lives and to all of her friends as well. We, who didn't have a chance to know them here on earth, are forever changed by their passing. Thank you for sharing this gentle look into their lives. I loved the 1st house, the 2nd i could put my hand on my heart and say i hate it and i wouldn't accept it if it was given to me on a plate. It is creepy dark and unwelcoming.
