Young Jordan was a mixture of Kevin Daley (former Harlem Globetrotter) and Jamal Crawford. What's weird is the behind the scenes video and the article about how they made the commercial only talks about Daley and doesn't show or mention J-Crossover at all. But we know Crawford was there cause he's talked about his experience making the commercial before so I don't really know how much was him and how much was Daley. It is a little confusing but it's possible they had multiple days on set filming or just happened to not get any behind the scenes footage with Crawford.

They used to make commercials so good back then. I love Micheal Jordan, and if I was a kid in the 90s and saw this commercial, I would ask my parents to buy me Gatorade. Same with the 80s converse commercials. I’m a Larry Bird fan, so I would certainly ask my parents for a pair of Bird shoes.

Grew up watching MJ..he was .my idol... never missed a game watching him when I was old enough to realize how good he was and entertaining....I remember this commercial and get chills seeing it again...we old heads can't forget some of the stellar moments that man displayed game after game... his highlight reel is gold...
