Makes sense. The NBA was built around 7footers back then. Nike went for a luxury shoe with the AJ2, Jordan didn't like playing in them cause they were heavy and Nike weren't taking any of his input. Tinker actually listened to MJ. The rest is history

Won the 87 dunk contest from the free throw line in these shoes. Jordan scored 3000 plus point in the 87 season with these shoes. Jordan 2s are so underrated. They are very comfortable and they look like a dress shoe. also so u can wear them with literally anything and still look fly but everyone has their taste.
