Sleepwalking isn't "normal." It's a symptom of another sleep disorder or that youre on the wrong sleep medication. Example: One scary night, my family found out my dad had been taking drives in the middle of the night. They would eventually be called the "Ambien Drives" but thankfully an officer who tried to pull him over recognized he was in a Sleepwalking state and him and several others were able to corral my dad home. Thankfully, he wasn't going faster than 15mph at any given time. It was a small town, so mostly cops on the road at 2am. These events shouldn't be ignored in any case.
