I'm glad you've mentioned PTSD. Because of my service in the military, 20 years ago, I used to have night terrors, often. They were so horrifying, that I considered the possibility of an evil spirit lingering around me. This lasted for over a decade. Once, my life started to become more stable, the nightmares and sleep paralysis became rare. I now believe my condition was caused by enormous, amounts of stress and depression; not a demon. It seems like all that stress made my brain become over, active in a negative way and hijacked my sleep. That experience demonstrated how depression can radically, alter the mind and body. If anybody is suffering from depression Please, get help soon.

Thanks IP for addressing this nonsense. Awhile ago when I was working through my past PTSD, I came across this guy's videos. It definitely just added to my pain and hurt. We are told to examine the fruit. Keeping Christians in a state of turmoil and needing perpetual deliverance doesn't produce fruit of the spirit

I prefer a term that Derek Prince used, "demonized" as in a person isn't demon possessed but is antagonized by evil spirits creating prolonged suffering. The remedy to this is keeping the words of Jesus so you know how to overcome with the Holy Spirit's help. That was Derek Prince's take on it at least.

Isaiah has videos that goes deeper into this explanation. He also says not everything is a demon and the terms demonized, possession, and oppression are different.

He also said a lifestyle change is absolutely necessary. The same people should not be coming to the prayer altar every week with the same struggles. Not everything requires deliverance and a change in habits, and developing discipline makes a difference ❤

Edit: I also wanted to add, be careful of opening doors, or ‘eating from the enemy’s table’. No yoga, no crystals (they are pretty, not ‘pretty powerful’), stop burning sage, no reiki, no acupuncture, no meditation (except on the word of God), no hypnosis, no ‘opening the third eye’, ouija, tarot cards, nada. Stop. Nothing that is not of God. These absolutely will attract demons which are persons without bodies.

How do I know? I lived it before I became saved. ❤️
