Let's face it, everybody's heard of Durian.

Durian capital is in Davao, Philippines. Rambutan, atis and mangustin and jackfruit or langka can also be found in the Philippines. Soursop, we call them Guyabano . And the Cape goose berry hahahaha we always find it in our rice farm ..

In Indonesia, we label Durian as the King of Fruits and Mangosteen as the Queen of Fruits. While the other commonly found Fruits are Rambutan, Soursop (Sirsak), Cherimoya (Srikaya), Jackfruit, Dragonfruit (buah naga), and Hala fruit (Buah Pandan Laut). Indonesia is a blessed heaven.

A while back, some friends and I tried miracle fruit tablets and sampled various sour foods afterwards. We sounded like we were in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: "The lemons taste like lemonade! The limes taste like limeade!" Everything was really sweet...but we ate so many acidic things that we got nasty tummyaches afterwards lol
