Hey Mike, I have a suggestion for your alpha shred challenges that you have. You should do a long term challenge like 6 months for people who are 290lbs plus. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra since this would be a smaller group of people. I think it would be a good look for bigger people such as myself and your fitness business.

He says it's factual...to who? Stick to training expertise...that's where your credentials lie and where you seem to be solid. Provide either your Psych credentials or peer-reviewed studies proving the true existence of actual alphas and betas (past just being a construct).

Alpha male is just a title for who is at the top of the hierarchy or a group. It’s not a mentality. Every man has the ability to be an alpha in whichever group he is apart of. It’s just some men never turn on their aggression and desire to take over and lead. In the story of Troy and Helen, Achilles who led the myrmidons in the war against Troy, was an alpha recruited by another alpha name king Odysseus to fight for king Agamemnon. Alphas join with other alphas to maintain dominance in the hierarchy. Betas rely on the group to feed while alphas provide for the group to feed. From the time you as a man decide to provide for your group and yourself, you become an alpha. It has nothing to do with how much women or how much money you have. It’s simply you taking on the role as provider and leader of your group.
