41 is still young. If you keep doing what you are doing you will have a great quality of life when you reach your 60, s and beyond. I call it compound interest for your health and happiness. I am 64 years old and have been training consistently since I have been in my 20, s and started eating healthy in my 30, I have incorporated juicing my fruits and vegetables for 10 years now and I feel great. Consistency is the key.
Praying 🙏🏿 to my savior JESUS CHRIST and reading my bible is critical. I incorporate fasting as well.

I’m 49, I workout 6 days a week & I’m told I look 33. In September I’ll be 50 💪🏾
Active 12hrs a day, up at 5am, hit the gym by 6am for couple hours, then start my day.
