I started practicing intermittent fasting at the beginning of this year because I was getting sick so frequently. Once I started changing the food, and giving my body time to process I stopped getting sick and my body reversed in age due to me cutting out a lot of fast food.

The cold showers really realy really work. For me it's that moment of hesitation before I get in.
